You should reserve your kitchen shelves and your fridge for healthy foods only. Do not worry, no one will have to go hungry. Fruit makes a great snack for both children and adults. There are many other healthy snacks, as well, including granola.

When you are losing weight, having people on your side is so important! While it is up to you to actually lose the weight, it surely helps to have friends encouraging you on the way. Don’t get so discouraged that you give up in frustration! Instead, call someone that will give you the support you need to keep going.
